Welcome to ARIUS, the store specialized in authentic international fragrances. By accessing or using our website, you (the "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing any order.
All prices shown on our website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT. If you access the site from outside the Kingdom from one of the countries we ship to, prices are displayed in the currency of the country you selected, without VAT. Additional duties or taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country (these vary according to the laws of each country).
At ARIUS we do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and prices, but errors may occur. In the event of any discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct the information and to cancel any orders affected by such errors, including product unavailability or payment issues.
Order confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an email confirming receipt and processing of your order.
Payment methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards and online payment platforms such as Mada, Visa and Mastercard, as well as installment platforms such as Tabby and Tamara.
For purchases made using installment plans through Tamara or Tabby, returns are not accepted.
Shipping area: We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to a number of supported countries abroad.
Service provider: Shipping and delivery are carried out by a third party (a specialized courier company); therefore ARIUS is not responsible for any delay that may occur after the order is handed over to the courier. The customer is provided with a tracking number when available, so they can follow the shipment status directly with the courier.
Delivery time: Orders are usually processed within 2 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Times are estimates and may be affected by seasonal congestion, weather conditions or customs procedures, depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional shipping or customs fees may apply to international shipments and vary from one country to another. These fees are imposed by the destination country and we have no authority to set their value, as they are subject to the laws and regulations of that country.
The data entered by the customer when ordering is used directly to create the shipping label and is sent automatically to the courier. If there is an error in the address, or it is changed after the order has shipped, the customer bears any fees or delay resulting from that. We therefore recommend carefully verifying the name, address, national short address and contact number before completing the order.
Orders placed through the website may be cancelled when all of the following conditions are met:
ARIUS customers may exchange a product provided it is sealed and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice, and in accordance with the terms below.
Exchange within 7 days — Return within 3 days of receipt.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos or videos showing the defect.
Samples: Samples cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase under any circumstances.
Installment purchases: Products bought using installment plans through Tamara or Tabby are not eligible for return except in the case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
Policy scope: This policy applies to all orders paid via Tabby or Tamara through the online store. No cash refund is available at all; all orders are subject to the exchange policy only.
Exchange period: The customer may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. For acceptance, the product must be:
Products not eligible for exchange: opened or tested products, products damaged due to misuse, sale and discounted products, and custom-made products.
Note: Differences in scent or longevity are a matter of personal taste and are not accepted as a reason for exchange.
Exchange options:
No cash is exchanged by hand. For a higher-value product, the price difference is paid by bank transfer only; Tabby, Tamara or any other electronic payment method cannot be used, and the exchange is carried out after the transfer is confirmed.
